Shipping policy

Made In Song sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped to you and there are no shipping fees.

How you receive your song. After your order, we write your lyrics, a real person reviews them, and we produce your song. When it's ready, we email you a link to a private gift page where you can listen to your song, read the lyrics and download the audio file. The email goes to the address you used at checkout.

When. We deliver within 2 business days of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 5 pm Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday, count from the next business day.

If we're late. If your song isn't delivered on time and you'd rather not wait, reply to any of our emails or write to info@madeinsong.com and you'll get a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

Didn't get the email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, write to info@madeinsong.com with your order number and we'll resend the link or send it to a corrected address.

Your gift page. The link is private: anyone who has it can open the page, so share it only with the people you choose. We keep the gift page online for at least 12 months after delivery. Please download your song to keep a permanent copy.

Region. We currently sell only to customers in the United States.
